INSTRUCTIONAL BASKETBALL

XL Instructional Basketball classes are half instruction, half scrimmage. They seek to provide a skill building environment for all skill levels through fun and engaging games, drills designed to challenge and grow, and scrimmages to implement newly learned skills. Emphasis includes ball skills, shot form, defense, positioning, game rules, and organized play.
